At LSW we will do our very best to ensure that all information within the website is accurate, however if a product is advertised at an incorrect price or size due to a typographical error or a supplier error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not the order has be confirmed. If this does occur we will try our very best to rectify the issue as quickly and harmoniously as possible. In such a case we will make you aware of the situation and a full refund will be given, if required. All prices are inclusive of VAT and are shown in pounds sterling.

Delivery & Returns

Please take note of our Delivery & Returns page, a link to which can be found on the side of every page, it has vital information regarding ordering, it also forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

If you have placed your order On-line, you will receive an automated confirmation response from the 'orders server' within a few seconds of hitting the submit button. Receipt of an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we can accept your order or will be able to supply your order. If this is the case and the goods have not been dispatched, you can of course cancel your order and we will refund any money you have been charged.


We will debit money from your account once your order is placed and aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to give you a full refund. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase then send it back within 14 days in the same condition purchased. Returns instructions including our return address can be found listed on the back of the invoice received with your order. Please fill the form out and return it back to us.
