Delivery

UK Mainland Deliveries: Generally orders under the value of £60 will be sent by Royal Mail and orders over £60 in value will be sent via a courier service, such as City Link or TNT. Courier deliveries usually arrive between 8.30am and 5.30pm on weekdays only. Please note that courier deliveries do require a signature on arrival, so please supply a suitable delivery address, such as a work address, where necessary.

If your item is in stock we will do our best to dispatch your order the day you place it. During busy periods it may take us a tiny bit longer. However we will get it to you as quick as we can.

*FREE DELIVERY– our free delivery offer applies on orders over £40 to UK Mainland addresses only; we even offer free delivery on Surfboards/SUPs/Kayaks etc.

Please note that although almost all deliveries do arrive within the estimated time frame, we will need to wait 21 days from dispatch before we can investigate any Royal Mail missing parcels and trace / replace / refund your order. We are obviously keen to help where possible.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any delays to delivery due to adverse weather conditions.
